Running Late

We understand that life can get a little crazy! if you find yourself running late, please notify us as soon as possible via phone call (619) 528 8170.

The more notice we have of your arrival time, the better we will be able to accommodate you as well as other clients.

Please be aware that there is a 15-minute grace period for your appointment. If you arrive later than this, your appointment may be canceled.

Cancelation Policy

The Little Nail Shop enforces a strict 24-hours cancelation policy. Without proper notice of cancelation, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. Please understand this policy is in effect to support and respect our talented technicians and their time here at the salon.

Cancelations made less than 24-hours prior to the appointment will result in a charge of 50% of the reserved service amount.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

Clients who cancel more than twice will be required to submit a deposit up to 100% of the total cost of services requested when booking future appointments. This deposit is nonrefundable and will go towards the services reserved. Any remaining balance will be due during the appointment booked.
